1. Attendance

All guests must be 18 years of age or over. Photo ID required at entry. White Tie Gala reserves the right to refuse admission.

3. Gaming Activities

All gaming at White Tie Gala is for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered; chips carry no cash value.

4. Dress Code

White tie attire is required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not meeting dress requirements.

5. Behaviour

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the premises without refund.

6. Photography

Images and video may be taken during the event for promotional use. Advise staff if you do not wish to be featured.

7. Liability

White Tie Gala accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage occurring at the event except where required by Australian law.
